Fire rate Heroes and Performance issues

I've been playing Deadlock quite a lot recently and one of the main types of characters I like to play is fire rate types (Wraith, Haze). When I get into those mid to high fire rates, my FPS drops and stutters A LOT. In 2v2s, my FPS commonly get as low as 20, so you can only guess how terrible it gets in Mid Boss and pit fights... This is also an issue with performance in general, not just limited to mid and late game fights.

While in lane EARLY GAME, I maintain around 130 to 80FPS depending on who I lane against and what's currently happening I.E. if enemy laner is a Vyper or Wraith (Vyper all in really messes up my FPS), trading, shoving wave or being shoved, in which case my FPS can idle in the 60s. While on ziplines to lanes at the start of the game, I'll get the full 140FPS, but ziping mid-late game no matter how far away any minions, enemies or teammates are, I'll get around the 70s of FPS or lower.

My specs are quite outdated, but It's all I have:
GTX 1060 6GBVram
Ryzen 5 2600
16GB 3200Mhz DDR4 RAM
Deadlock is installed on an SSD

I play on a custom autoexec, gameinfo and video setting that turns settings almost as low as they can go without sacrificing too much visual clarity. I also run the game with the launch options '+citadel_unit_status_use_new false -novid +cl_forcepreload 1 -noassert -dx11'.

I'll rapid fire some common fixes I've tried
- I have tried Valkun, but it kinda changed nothing at all
- I make sure that I have as little applications playing in the back (normally all I have open when playing is the game, discord, vanguard and MSI afterburner)
- I limit my FPS to 20 over my refresh rate (so 140FPS on a 120hz monitor) so my GPU can take more load and try harder
- I changed everything that has hardware acceleration to off that hurts FPS
- I have done the regular windows tweaking for best performance (High performance power settings, Game Mode ON, etc.)
- I tweaked Deadlock in the Nvidia Control Panel according to both the popular guide in the Deadlock Discord and Piggy's own performance guide
- I restart the game after almost every match so that Memory leaks are never an issue

I've tried overclocking my CPU and GPU, with only really changing my GPU because my CPU reaches temps too high that my PC will turn off even with the slightest change to the clock speed (I went as far to undervolt it while keeping the same clock speed). I've up'd my GPU's core clock by 150MHz and my Memory clock up by 800MHz while keeping my PC stable.

I really love this game, and I'd hate to grow tired of it not through normal burnout, but just by the fact that I can only really play 1/3 of the game to it's fullest because of it's performance. If you have any suggestions or fixes that aren't just upgrading my PC, I'd be sooo happy to hear it ᗜˬᗜ!!

i would also like to say, to somewhat remedy this issue, i have stopped playing fire rate characters as much... i do enjoy Holliday and it does make the game a bit more enjoyable that i can play in teamfights without having to track ppl to get value, but sometimes i find myself trying fire rate characters again so yeah. ALSOOOO if it isn't clear, it's SO HARD to track ppl with these issues bc choppy FPS MESSES UP that whole thing so PLEASEEEEE HELP RAHHHHHHH
