false restriction for the game

My regional ISP ROSTELECOM went down for about 15-20 minutes and I was banned for 7 hours...Can you remove the restriction? This is my first liv, and it's not my fault. I can provide proof

I personally think its a fine place to put it, I'm not sure where that guy wants you to put it. And its a valid concern but you're going to be ignored regardless because a 7 hour ban isn't that major. If you were permabanned then that's a big issue but I'm sure you have other things to do for a 7 hr ban. But again valid concern.
