Extreme stuttering while looking at the direction of enemy base

Basically what the tittle says, after a few minutes of playtime my game starts stuttering when looking towards the direction of enemy base, effect is multiplayed when im inside of enemy base where my game is basically a slideshow, restarting the game usually fixes it temporally but after rejoining and after some time it returns
