Express Shot alt fire damage nerf doesn't apply to Kinetic Carbine

i modified vdata in 2nd video, so alt fire damage bonus is also +150% dmg. in first video there are no changes to vdata. as you see, the damage is the same.

it is an ability, but it should be affected by the nerf:
- Express Shot: Now does reduced damage for non-primary gun damage (alt fires, carbine), 150% to 75%

Well,but no.Its an ability that enhances regular attack,if anything it just shouldn't apply effect second time even if it does,since it applies to next bullet and not to whole mag.
Real alt fire is Yamato bomb and Viscous splonk

its considered alt fire, so the mention of 'carbine' in the patch notes.
