Ennemy HP bar not appearing

So ever since the new big update I've been having a glitch where I can't always see ennemy hp bars or guardian hp bars sometimes they appear for a bit then disappear, idk if this is a settings I can't find or a bug, if it helps I'm on a pc that's on the lower end so I'm playing on low settings.
