Feedback bug?

Sorry if this isn't the place to make this post, I've been trying to find how to leave feedback. The feedback post on this forum says it's private and I also haven't been able to post on there for some reason.
Also why is there no public feedback that everyone can see so people can like/comment on these to see what people actually think. (Again sorry if there is a place for this and I've just been missing it.)

I want a place to be able to post Feedback and recommendations like:

• In the new UI, when you press TAB you see too many things. I liked the old UI where you didn't see everyone's items etc since this made the game more clean and visibly clear for me. Maybe add an option in the settings where you can change between the new and the old version of pressing TAB.
• I would also like the same thing for the new ''Casting bars''. Such as Mo'n'krills burrow. The old casting bar which was just a bar was a lot more clear and easy to look at during a fight and know how much duration you had left. The new bar with the text is (imo) just obnoxious and really hard to look at and get a proper grasp of the time left of an ability.
• The minions on lane lost their outline or something? It's a lot harder for me (and some others I've spoken to) to see which minions are yours during hectic situations. Mostly due to the fact that their outline is a lot less clear and visible, along with the visual appearance of the actual minions.
