Can't quite tell what happened but the game freaked out when my team's Dynamo and the enemy teams Kelvin ulted at the same time, forcing the enemy Victor who was in both of them to clip under the map in our spawn. He couldn't be hit but he could use his 3 on people on the floor
Edit: Looking at it closer, it seems to just be Kelvin that was responsible, but there was a lot going on so idk if something else could've contributed
