Tried on multiple heroes in sandbox. Using Shiv here as an example.
Before with no additional spirit power, knives are doing 32 damage.
After purchasing enchanters emblem, there doesn't appear to be an increase in knife damage through spirit scaling (conditional being met):
Looking at the tool tip for Enchanter's emblem, it shows it should be at 40:
