Enchanter's Emblem, Counterspell and Spiritual Overflow, three items with conditional spirit power, show increased stats when hovering over an ability. The amount that the stats increase corresponds with the amount of spirit power that the item gives IF the condition is met, however it always shows the increased value, not taking into account whether the condition is met at all.
