* Enchanter Emblem doesnt shows cooldown reduction in abilities

the '7% cooldown reduction' is not correctly shown in the description

clip shows 'Malice' ability cooldown 6s, upon purshasing the item, cooldown stays at 6s. Spirit Damage is applied.

It works, just doesn`t show in description. Use dynamo and see the ult cd with and without the emblem

thats weird. it does decreases CD but not on description. Edited the title and post.
