AP bug clip
(playing Calico but works on any character)
I'm not even sure how to explain this one, but during matches I am able to use essentially an extra AP early in the game.
Steps to reproduce:
-Upgrade the ability in question to tier 1
-Refund the AP
-Upgrade a different ability to tier 1
In the UI for me, and for friends queued with me, it shows that I have two abilities at T1, while only spending one point.
This is obviously retroactively fixed later if you want to upgrade the bugged ability to T2, since you have to respend the point on the T1, and then upgrade to T2, but early in the game this sort of breaks the balance a bit.
