AP refunded but the upgrade stays

i put ap to the wrong skill and refunded but for some reason its still upgrade the skill i accidently put in, but when i need to upgrade to the next tier i need to put the first ap upgrade before i can upgrade idk if its visual bug or something else

Ive also experienced this, it happens for when you use the mouse to refund the first upgrade and I think you actually get the upgrade as its effects appear on the upper UI as well as the ability description, I havent checked if the effects are applied on ability use though. I did it and then actually skilled the abilitys in this SB as yamato match id#78057897
