Find the highest available point near you, jump up to be sure, and push the teleportation upward so that the place where you are teleporting hits the top of the ceiling. During teleportation, spam the space bar (jump).
If you want to go down, there are 2 options:
1. teleport or just jump even higher (you will be moved to the ground)
2. fall off the map
Viper was dying a lot, so I used Rescue Beam to put it on the ceiling
