Dynamo Kinetic Pulse moving across the air

I don't know when this was changed, but I remember previously Dynamo's Kinetic Pulse would fall almost immediately after being used in the air and continue traveling on the ground. The visuals still hold over from when this was the case, and I see a previous thread from about a month ago talking about how the hitbox doesn't match visually since the pulse travels along the ground, but doesn't hit since it is actually in the air.

Frankly I don't think it should travel across the air either, a weakness for Dynamo is having the high ground against him, and this just means he can stomp slightly in the air and cover way more of the y axis. However I never remember seeing this as a patch notes so I also don't know if was ever intended, and if it was the visual trail for it needs to be adjusted because it's a disaster clarity wise.
 
And on top of that stomp dont respect map geometry sometimes and combined with high damage that ability feels not fair, especially then it hit through walls
