Drifter's Stalker's Mark doesn't work when you change teams in the hideout

for some reason when you are in the hideout and are playing with a friend, if you are playing Drifter and change to the enemy team by using heavy melee on the gem thing in the corner, your Stalker's Mark goes through enemies and just doesn't land (and it doesn't matter if the enemy is another player or one of the npc's that are already in the hideout by default (Infernus and Abrams))

but if another player changes to the enemy team and you remain in the first team that you were, you can land Stalker's Mark on them and teleport to them without any trouble

both me and my friend tried this separately and both of us ran into the same problem
