7-33 since holiday patch, long term matchmaking problem

I started playing this game in September 2024 and have now quit. It's no longer enjoyable; it doesn't have the same appeal anymore. Only one person carries the team, and they're usually smurfs. Players 4 or 5 ranks above me are the ones who hate it. I'm posting my last match here.

Experienced the same thing. Was a game away from phantom 5, now I'm oracle 4 and the quality of my games is abysmal. If I was a gun carry player I'd probably be thriving but that's just how it is I suppose.

Got a similar issue.
The matches I win just feel ok because it is usually stomps with the other team having not so great players, the matches I lose feel fucking terrible because they are usually 45 minute long one sided stomps with no end in sigh. this Christmas event was also freaking terrible, they should have at least added an unranked mode so people could fuck around with character they don't play before tackling ranked with them.

I think this forum is pointless; we're just people talking. No developer is reviewing or considering this. I'm sure this game will be stillborn or only a minority will play it, always the same people, the same teams.

They made an xmas event so people throw games on characters they can't play to get a slightly better snowball for a few weeks

I know this is a couple weeks late, but I literally started putting 1 star reviews at the end of every match with the reasoning being "The xmas event is ruining games" basically every time. Including some of my wins. I didnt participate. I literally have one ornament.
