Drifter's Bloodscent gives +2% weapon damage stacks on assist.

As the title says. Drifter's Bloodscent gives +2 stacks on assist. If you have an ally near and they kill an isolated target Drifter gets +2% weapon damage stacks.

I'm posting it as a bug, because it's not mentioned anywhere in the ability description.
