Drifter not actually having 3.5 hp regen on new patch

seems like a slight oversight, as seen on the image below his regen is unchanged.

So I did some further testing, and it indeed seems to have updated when I removed the mods, oddest thing that some cosmetic changes affected gameplay values somehow, and yes the heroes was indeed regening slower or faster, in the case of Doorman.
