Doorman procs toxic bullets at 33% per shot, this leaves the bar at 99% after 3 shots, so 4 to proc. Surely if thats what the intention is, it would say 25% no? Is this functioning as intended?
This seems intentional, that buildup is affected by range falloff as well. This means that it'll be easier to apply at longer ranges than if it was simply 25%, which would be increased to 5 or 6 shots at the same range to proc.
