Disconnecting on entering match

Upon joining a match, I seem to sometimes disconnect and am unable to reconnect. Typically it looks like this:

• Match found
• Loading screen
• I load in, character is selected
• As other players are loading in, my client will sometimes disconnects from the match
  • If I do not disconnect, game starts
• While travelling on the zipline, my client disconnects

This seems to be quite consistent. I have verified game cache, rebooted my pc, etc. On a few occasions, the matches in which I disconnect before the match starts are removed from my match ID. This also seems to be an issue I can consistently reproduce whenever I run into it. When the match is running, regardless of anything I try, I cannot reconnect. I have noticed that the Steam Client Service on my PC crashes sometimes on startup, which could be a factor influencing it. My internet connection has been reliable while testing this issue, and I have verified that other online games are working without issue whenever I run into this.

This is also somewhat frustrating to not only test but also work around, because it often results in a temp ban.
