The general bug where having voice chat muted by default isn't working is still a big problem. I forgot to individually mute everyone in a game today and dealt with some inexcusable toxicity for it. I reported the player of course, but this kind of thing still really bothers me, and I know a lot of other people are bothered by it too. Please fix this, it's been a bug for a while and the toxicity at the middle ranks can get really bad.
