deadlock frame drops in team fights

i have gtx1650 and 16 ram, intel core i5 10500H, and i get 60 fps in low 1080p, but in teams fight the fps drops like 20 fps, its horrible , maybe FSR 3 solves it beacuse proves more fps than FSR 2

same, even better specs but its horrible during big teamfights. audio tearing and horrible frame rate
