The character would communicate via voice lines through his bird, while he uses his voice for abilities, and can speak his voice through the bird.
Weapon : Fairly ordinary revolver, its mostly a spirit character after all.
Ability 1 : Voice of Pain
Yell out and shoot a large but slow projectile up to 13m that deals 50 (spirit scaling) damage to the enemy, then 14% of their missing health to them and enemies in 5m.
18s cooldown. Charged ability.
(1AP) : +1 charges
(2AP) : +4m max range and +1.5m damage area.
(5AP) : +6% missing health damage and -5s cooldown.
Ability 2 : Hunt
Yell a command and deal 40 (spirit scaling) damage to enemies in a 10m 60 degree cone, the first hit enemy player is afflicted with the prey status for 6s, which makes them visible to you and your allies in 20m, as well as causing them to receive an extra 20% of bullet damage they receive as spirit damage.
26s cooldown.

(2AP) : You and allies gain +16% life steal against prey
(5AP) : All hit enemies are afflicted with the prey status and +2.5m range.
Ability 3 : Bird familiar
Send out the bird on your shoulder and take control of it, becoming immobile during the effect but being able to pilot it around up to 36m away, the bird has 25% of your maximum health and regeneration, lasts up to 12s, and can cast your 1st and 2nd ability. On ability end, receive up to 20% of your max health as non-lethal spirit damage relative to how much damage the bird took.
36s cooldown. Up to 33% of the cooldown is replenished on ability end relative to how much health the bird had remaining.
(1AP) : +12m max bird range
(2AP) : +3s max bird duration and your body gains invisibility outside 20m while piloting the bird familiar.
(5AP) : The Bird can now use your items.
Ability 4 : Shatter
Flow your spirit into your speech for 1s then cause a 14m AoE that deals 100 (spirit scaling) damage, reduces enemies base spirit and bullet resistances to 0% and blocks any barrier gain or buffs they would receive for 6s.
110s cooldown
(1AP) : +4m AoE
(2AP) : Now reduces resistances to -10%
(5AP) : Can now be cast from the bird, but with +0.5s startup
