The additional Charge can be a cool tool to bait out parries when someone doesn't pay enough attention.

And the new passive way of applying stun is much more fun than stacking it through punching, and has a lot of unique plays potential.
 
I like this suggestion, but some changes are better to be in new separate item.

The knockback is more of unwanted feature here, because you can't always use this in your favor. There can be no walls nearby or you just unable to hit enemy, that he would collide with wall.
Also, the knockback and bonus damage are merged in one passive, making your overall damage less than it is now.
The idea of knockback is good and much more fun than simple stack applying, but it's better to be an active part of item or be a separate item, since being uncontrollable can prevent you from launching a successful attack.
