Critical disconnect bug-Cannot rejoin games even after restart of game and steam

I get randomly disconnected from a match for no apparent reason. I am unable to reconnect despite restarting the game and steam. This has happened to me twice already this week. I genuinely dont think this is a problem on my end since it doesnt happen in any other game and all other applications continue to work when i get disconnected
