Someone probably posted about this already but just want to add to this it's a bit of a matchmaking issue I have seen and just experienced firsthand.
Getting disconnected as soon as you start to load in and unable to reconnect no matter what you do resulting in a penalty when you did not intend to do wrong.
I also noticed that you are unable to start a private bot match with a penalty even though there are no other players but you can start one if you create a private match and add bots although the game gets confused and just barely works.
One of the things the game gets confused about Is that if you are making the private match and you go back in the menu to ready up it will give you this bugged-out roster.
Personally my favorite character from valve games is the “?” so I appreciate the selection.
