Crashing consistently on startup.

Only started happening today, the game boots up, shows me a loading screen, then immediately crashes.
After a couple of attempts it worked properly for 2 games, then crashed when I started up a 3rd round and continues crashing on startup every time now. Unsure what to do.

Even after reinstalling the game this continues to occur. I get to the initial loading screen, then it crashes as soon as it starts spinning
