Crash on startup

I get about 2 second of the intro video then a hard crash with no errors. Have validated files

deleting the panorama videos skips the intro/disables main menu loop as normal but still crashes in the same way in about the same amount of time

still crashes, I tried the -novid option and it also still crashes in the same interval

same here, but launching with -dx11 fixed it.
i think it has to do with an "out of date" graphics driver (even though it's the latest one i can get).
i'm playing on an AMD laptop APU (ryzen 3 4300U)

updated drivers, still crashes with any combo of -dx11 and -novid

managed to get it working with an uninstall, delete all configs, reboot, reinstall

I've also been crashing since last patch, a reinstall didn't fix it in my case.

I've actually had the problem several times since I fixed it and a reboot always fixes it, still annoying
