ERROR_FILEOPEN: File not found FIX

Hi so I used to have this really bad bug ever since the old gods update came out. My game would randomly crash mid game with the following error:

[ResourceSystem] Failed loading resource "models/heroes_staging/shiv/clips/item_crouch_run_nw.vnmclip_c" (ERROR_FILEOPEN: File not found)
[ResourceSystem] Failed loading resource "models/heroes_staging/shiv/clips/item_crouch_run_w.vnmclip_c" (ERROR_FILEOPEN: File not found)
[ResourceSystem] Failed loading resource "models/heroes_staging/shiv/clips/item_crouch_run_sw.vnmclip_c" (ERROR_FILEOPEN: File not found)
[ResourceSystem] Failed loading resource "models/heroes_staging/shiv/clips/item_crouch_run_e.vnmclip_c" (ERROR_FILEOPEN: File not found)
[ResourceSystem] Failed loading resource "models/heroes_staging/shiv/clips/item_crouch_run_s.vnmclip_c" (ERROR_FILEOPEN: File not found)
[ResourceSystem] Failed loading resource "models/heroes_staging/shiv/clips/item_crouch_run_se.vnmclip_c" (ERROR_FILEOPEN: File not found)
[ResourceSystem] Failed loading resource "models/heroes_staging/shiv/clips/item_crouch_run_ne.vnmclip_c" (ERROR_FILEOPEN: File not found)

often times these errors had nothing to do with what was happening in game to crash but was just an example. I tried originally by verifying files, checking corrupted ram, and even downloading the files from a different deadlock. The solution I had was changing all graphics related settings to low.

If this solution worked please reply if you also had a similar issue so the devs can work on potential graphics issues that are causing these crashes
