Corrupt Game File Error & Ban

Game crashed mid match and gave me this error. Yesterday I played aprox. 5-6 matches but in my first match today I got this error. I treid booting the game from the game folder and It still crashed 2-3 minutes after I rejoined the game happened like 7-8 times before we won the match but I still got banned for 24 hours...

I'm having the same issue with the same error. I have to restart my pc multiple times to get steam to actually verify files before it lets me start the game back and by then it has already banned me from matchmaking. This is the third time it has happened to me at least.
