Constant frame drops after last patch 23.01.26

Msi afterburner logs for 1 game with bots. Deadlock neither uses GPU or CPU to it full power, yet i have frame drops to 80 fps all the time. It started since big summer patch for items and shop but now it's even worth. Unplayable

CPU Ryzen 5 3600
16GB RAM
GPU 4060ti

I have almost the same hardware as you, only difference is that I have 12th gen i7, yet deadlock barely hits 50 fps for me. I'm on linux though, so that's probably an issue, but I hate microslop with all my being and I ain't going back to windows.
