Spirit counterpart to Mystic Shot. Currently there are 5(6) weapon items (Backstabber, Mystic Shot, Alchemical Fire, Tesla Bullets, Toxic Bullets, Capacitor) which deal spirit damage, but 0 spirit items that deal gun damage. Maybe its time to add spirit items that deal gun damage? Also would this be better not as an imbued ability, just whenever you deal spirit damage, or when ever an ability deals spirit damage?
Burst variant of Escalating Exposure. On activation it gives -24% Spirit Resist, which is quite a bit, but Crippling Headshot has an instant -18% -18% shred with healing reduction, so its not that out of place.
There aren't that many ways to get CDR, outside of the core three. This item has 33% Cooldown Reduction assuming you hit it off cooldown, which is more than 22% that Compress Cooldown has. But since this takes active work to pay off, I think its a fair tradeoff.
