Cleo jumps directly into the action, applying debuffs to enemies and escaping like they were never there.

Changelings, Kelpies, Tengus, Skin-walkers, they’ve been called many things from various cultures. They are beings formed of pure magic and possess no biological qualities, meaning they rely on events such as the Maelstrom to reproduce.

Due to their history as tricksters and deceivers, changelings have a stained record in public opinion and their lack of numbers make them easy targets for harassment and discrimination. With nowhere else to turn, most changelings simply fall into their stereotype. Cleo Sought to change that, with the coming of the maelstrom, seeks to teach the coming generation to be different from the others and inspire existing changelings to prove the stigmas wrong and make the world see that changelings have changed from hundreds and thousands of years ago.

As head of the civil rights group known as "the chameleons", Cleo aims to integrate changelings back into society, create opportunities for them to work and coexist with humans and ixians alike, and most of all, to wish for unique and stable physical forms for all changelings.

Lingering Acid duration (T1): 2.5s (0.1x spirit scaling)
Description: spray acidic breath out from Cleo's mouth dealing Spirit Damage and gradually applying Spirit Resist Shred to any heroes hit, however, Cleo cannot fire their weapon for the ability's duration. This ability pierces enemies. Can be cancelled. Dashing temporarily cancels the ability.

-4.25% spirit resist per second (0.055x Spirit scaling)

T1: If Acid Breath makes contact with the ground, leave a lingering puddle that has the same effect as the breath when enemies stand in it.
T2: +7m breath range and +35 dps
T3: Cleo's bullets deal additional Spirit Damage to enemies that have had their Spirit Resist reduced by Acid Breath. (Base bonus spirit damage: 10 with 0.1x spirit scaling)

Ability 2: Tongue Grapple

Cooldown between charges (T2): 1.5s
Spirit damage: 50 (1.3x spirit scaling)
Slow duration: 1.25s
Description: Cleo launches their tongue in the direction they are looking, dealing spirit damage and applying a movement slow to enemies it hits. Additionally, if their tongue makes contact with a surface, it will cause Cleo to grapple and travel straight to it. (grapple can be cancelled)

-70% Movement Slow.

T1: +1.5s slow duration
T2: Activate charges and +20m ability range
T3: Now also applies -45% fire rate for 2.75s and -15% additional movement slow.

Description: you can parry damaging enemy abilities, taking 80% reduced damage. Upon a successful ability parry, Cleo lets out a screech which stuns and immobilizes nearby enemies.

Stun duration: 0.5s, immobilize duration: 1s.

T1: After successful ability parry, +3.25 move speed for 3 seconds
T2: -14s cooldown
T3: After successful ability parry, -10s to all other ability cooldowns that are currently on cooldown.

Transform duration: 8s (0.08x spirit scaling)
Description: Become a duplicate of a targeted enemy or friendly Hero, taking their form, gun, hero base stats, and abilities (excluding ultimate). While transformed, gain additional spirit resist and faster cooldowns. While transformed, ability upgrades will align with what abilities Cleo has upgraded of their own.

+20% Spirit Resist, -25% Transformed ability cooldown.

T1: +2 second duration
T2: +30% spirit resist and -10% Transformed ability cooldown.
T3: Shapeshift target can be chosen via clicking character portraits + replenishes stamina on use.

Deeper Details: Cleo is primarily chameleon themed, however, transforms their body into different animals or things to attack and perform abilities.
  • When Counter-point is successful, Cleo transforms into a bat-like form when they screech.
  • Whilst transformed using Shapeshift, they take the form of the selected hero, to distinguish them, the model is a bright pink colour.
  • Whilst dashing, Cleo takes a cat-like appearance and flies through the air as if they are pouncing.
  • When performing a double-jump, Cleo sprouts bat wings.
  • Cleo swipes with mantis claws when performing a light melee and hits with rhino arms when performing a Heavy Melee.
  • Cleo hangs from their tongue on ziplines.

    As expected, some things such as numbers and scaling may be all out of whack and need adjusted, lmk what you think.
