Cheat Death and Shocking Reanimation trigger when taking non-lethal damage

Cheat death seems to trigger from non-lethal sources of damage such as Victors 'Aura of Suffering' ability, however doesn't trigger with Blood Tribute's self damage effect.

Victors Shocking Reanimation seems to trigger from non-lethal sources of damage such as Victors 'Aura of Suffering' ability and Blood Tributes self damage effect.

Both Cheat death and Victors Shocking Reanimation also seems to trigger from Pockets 'Affliction' ability which deals non-lethal damage overtime.
