Lucky lucciano base.. general prohibition era mobster.. except; he has a pet viper that hangs out around his neck and shoulders.

Ability 1: Coney Island Cyclone
Create a cyclone of vipers that’s pushes enemies inside a 10m radius for 4 seconds. While being pushed, enemies have extremely decreased accuracy and take increased damage.
Ability 2: Made Man
Gives self the Made Man buff. Made Man increases attack speed of Thompson, gives increased damage, and the gun requires no reloading for 7 seconds, however, accuracy at a distance is decreased.
Ability 3: Sicilian Vipers
Throw a bottle of alcohol that when breaks on impact releases a swarm of vipers that chase enemies. Enemies bit get DOT poison damage, slightly decreased movement speed, and take slightly increased damage from projectile weapons.
Ability 4: Extortion
Stick up the enemy with your pistol. Stun them for 3 seconds and get 20% of their souls. Once the ability ends receive the Vices Like Vipers buff.
