After jumping with Jacob Lash's ground strike, the character bugged out mid-air in an animation and the game became completely unplayable. After that all I could do was crouch and run around, no melee, no abilities, no shooting, no parrying, couldn't even get on the lines for transport. Disconnecting and restarting did not fix the issue, neither dying. I attached some pics.
