GAMEPLAY SUMMARY
The Changeling specialises in getting behind the enemy by transforming into an enemy hero or to confuse enemies by transforming into a pursued ally to split attention.
Abilities apply Confusion Debuff that makes enemies see other players as different heroes to throw the enemy off. Couple this with Mass Hysteria which enables Enemy Friendly Fire to wreak havoc.
Really happy with this design, any and all feedback is super appreciated.

BACKSTAB

This ability is meant to be used in tandem with Transform, getting right up into an unsuspecting enemy's personal space behind them for insane damage that scales both with gun/melee and spirit.
With Boundless Spirit Backstab deals 290 spirit damage combined with the T3 with 4.8k gun investment for 180 heavy melee damage for 470 total; and 940 from behind. Mid-Late game enemies must be extremely weary to not let the Changeling get too close or stack too close on allies and incentivizes voice communication.
At the same time this ability is equalled out by its extremely small range, requiring you to get right on top of an enemy.
HALLUCINAGEN BOMB

The Changeling's core escape tool. The blind and confusion duration lets you disorient enemies when they jump you, allowing you to put distance between you and the enemy or blend in within a crowd.
(With Boundless Spirit + T2 you can get +8s duration on Hallucinagen Bomb. With cooldown reduction this ability could be too much, please give feedback on if the duration is too much. I feel the blind is important for disorientating so enemies dont see what character you transform into on their screen, though the duration may be too long.)
TRANSFORM

(+5% Gun Damage while transformed.)
(+5% Gun Damage to NPCS while transformed.)
Transform is the key utility of the Changeling, letting you change into an enemy or ally granting you movement speed.
It also enables you to copy the transformed hero's ability 1 or 2 by holding your corresponding ability key. This lets the Changeling have diverse utility, though this copied ability has no AP investment until Transform T3.
MASS HYSTERIA

Changeling's main teamfight tool, enabling enemy friendly fire and providing spirit damage to your gun (like Drifter Ult). This paired with Confusion shuts down the enemy's ability to shoot and use damage abilities, unsure if allies are enemies and being reluctant to shoot back at people shooting them in case they are allies.
This ability would be really strong in low elo or lobbies where people do not communicate but would still effectively disorientate even with communications.
BUILD IDEAS
GUN

Use your high fire rate to your advantage.
SPIRIT BACKSTABBER

Echo shard on backstab while hitting the enemy from behind for the bonus can do upwards of 2k in the lategame.
DEBUFF

Go for cooldown and duration and spirit for your ult and bomb. Refresher does crazy work, should probably buy earlier.
CLOSING THOUGHTS
Really happy with this character and think the combo of a transform, friendly fire and debuff that makes enemies unsure if allies or enemies are on their team makes for a fun pool of utility with Backstab and Bomb Allowing for you to put out good damage with a versatile gun that changes to who you change to.
Any and all feedback is super appreciated, wanted this character to feel distinct from other Changeling/Transformation fan heros.
