Subsequent CC reduction is a bit broken.
Clip 1 shows correct behaviour. Seven 1.8 second stun is reduced by 15% each time to the cap of 35%

Clip 2. CC reduction doesn't apply unless there was a gap in the cc, the final seven stun remains at 1.8 seconds. This seems to go against the idea of protecting from chained cc

Clip 3. Abrams Charge doesn't seem to be effected at all, always lasting 1.1 seconds

Clip 4. Abrams ult seems to be affected by CC reduction from the pulldown itself, so the slam stun is reduced for directly hitting the target.

Clip 5. Skills with split cc punish themselves. Lash Ultimate applies a stun for the pull and so the slam down stun upgrade has the duration reduced unless it was a secondary target hit. Lightning scroll is also reduced in effectiveness for cc ults.
