cant use 2 ability on dynamo

In match 21865665 i wasn't able to use my 2 ability on dynamo. I have it rebound to another key. I noticed that I could not chat either. When I reconnect it is the same. When I restart the game I was able to chat but as soon as I tried to press my 2 ability once, it still doesn't work, and afterwards I'm unable to chat again.

I played a match right after where i also got dynamo id 21871226 and then it worked without issues (without restarting the game inbetween)
