Cant Select REM. Character is still locked as if never released yet.

I can't select REM, even in training mode or in the lobby. I tried console commands and still can't select him. I get an error, like "hero is not selectable".
It appears that my game's client thinks REM has yet to be released because even at the voting I am able to vote for REM and it says he is locked.
I believe I was playing a match when REM released, so I'm not sure if that may have contributed to this bug happening.
Please help, with any solutions if any. Thank you!

OK RESOLVED.
For any else who get this bug, try to re-install the game. That seemed to work!
