I FOUND THE FIX-

Watch this video and download the link provided. Block all the servers then unblock the eu servers such as amsterdam,london, paris (make sure your deadlock isnt running) and then once you do that enter deadlock then click f7 on your keyboard and type in 'citadel_region_override 1' and the bug should be fixed. Just make sure you do this everytime you boot the game and the bug hasnt happened to me once since I've done this. It has worked for my friends and I and I hope it works for y'all!
