Bug with health bar on 4:3 monitors

I also have this issue!!! Additionally, I think my aspect ratio is why I get the legendary "Street Bra.." lol
Everything shows up when I switch to 19x9.
Monitor stats are as follows:
Primary Display Resolution: 1024 x 768
Desktop Resolution: 1824 x 1173
Primary Display Size: 12.60" x 9.45" (15.75" diag), 32.0cm x 24.0cm

This has long been a known issue:
The long and short of it is that the game assumes you're running a 16:9 monitor and tries to draw the health bar either partly or fully off of your screen, causing the whole thing to not render.
I doubt they'll ever fix it, even though its a pretty easy fix. I was running the game with a custom mod to fix it, but I got sick of having to fix it every time a new update dropped.
