She's truthfully not; it's as I said earlier, it's just feast or famine. If you lose lane early then yeah; you will struggle because of a lot of reasons and you have to farm to catch up. You still CAN catch up; but normally this puts your team at a significant disadvantage fighting without you while you do; especially if you're not aware of the map enough to join the fights you're within reach to.
But if you win lane early, you effectively become a very big threat. You just have to get through early, which requires a lane-mate who can support your weaknesses.
There are tricks you can do to help mitigate some of those impacts by setting up for your teammate, but you have to play VERY well.
