When entering the game, the textures break, while nothing lags, the FPS is stable.
Specs:
Windows 10 Pro
GPU - Nvidia GTX 670 driver last
CPU - Intel Xeon E5-2620 v3 2.40GHz
16gb ram
I searched for many different ways to solve this problem, but nothing helped
They write on the Internet that it all depends on the patch developers
