Game keeps crushing due to missing textures

I’ve been experiencing game crushes due to missing textures since previous major update, and unfortunately, I’ve already been banned several times because of it—this time for a very long period. My PC specs are above the minimum requirements, and the game usually runs smoothly. However, at some point it crashes, and I can’t return to the game unless I verify the files. The problem is that I can’t run a file integrity check without restarting my PC because it stays at 0% like forever, and the whole process takes more than 5 minutes, which results in an automatic ban every time. I have checked for running processes which prevent the files integrity check from being executed but could not find any so the only way of workaround it is with restarting the PC.

I’m also happy to provide any additional information needed to help improve the game. I have 1700 hours in to the game I want to keep playing it but if i am permanently banned its kinda hard

Note: I have deleted / preinstall the game several times but still the same every few games the game crashes.

do you have an antivirus enabled that might be preventing the correct installation of some files for the game?

I am using windows defender and in addition malwarebites which is 3rd party software but it doesn't detect anything. And i am still using Windows 10 if this is a thing.
