Blue Skeleton and Insane lag

I was playing Seven, and when I respawn one of the times, I was a blue skeleton model.

Also, I have insane lag when i play the game, to the point where my character model spins rapidly in circles for no reason from time to time. Additionally, turning down all my video settings does not help at all.
