Bloodletting causes Non-Lethal sources of damage to consume Cheat Death, despite the damage being Non-Lethal

When Shiv receives damage which is Non-Lethal (Like Affliction or Blood Tribute) Bloodletting will cause Cheat Death to treat it as Lethal damage, and will trigger Cheat Death.

Reach 1 health with Blood Tribute
