Billy Ult gets put on full cooldown when using Ethereal Shift

Whenever you use Ethereal Shift on Billy, his ult gets put on cooldown as if he used it (no matter if you use Ethereal shift while it's off cooldown or if you've used it while it was 50s from cooldown. It always goes on full cooldown)

Can confirm. I tested this bug in the practice range and bot matches and it causes Billy's ult to go on full cooldown when using ethereal shift. For some reason
