So whenever you press the ult and then die right after, the spell goes on cd but nothing actually happens.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but it makes zero sense imo why the spell goes on cd if nothing happens. The cast time is literally less than a second or so.
There's other heroes where, when you cast the spell but it doesn't go off, it gets refunded. Why isn't this the case for paige?
Either make it go off after death or just refund
