Inconsistent parry cancel of channeled abilities

I've noticed that the OGNB update removed the ability to cancel and refund cd of channeled abilities in the casting window. While that is cool, I've noticed another inconsistency on how some channeled abilities can be cancelled by parrying (as in, the player channeling using the parry button) and others can only be cancelled by the ability button or pressing space.

I haven't tested every single channeled ability, but here's my findings:

- Haze, McGinnis, Seven, Bebop, Mo and Krill ults: can be cancelled by parrying

- Viscous, Mina, Ivy, Dynamo, Grey Talon ults: cannot be cancelled by parrying
